Seems like the two longtime resident 19th OG C130J's have both left Ramstein this morning, just heard the first one passing Nieuwegein at 07.30lt.
PP shows 11-5752 as RCH984, followed by 11-5738 as RCH808.

Last Sunday I heard local spotter MT say they'd spent somewhere between 350 and 375 days at Ramstein....Wolbie wrote:Seems like the two longtime resident 19th OG C130J's have both left Ramstein this morning, just heard the first one passing Nieuwegein at 07.30lt.

The initial 2 J models from The Rock at Ramstein were 11-5748 and 11-5752 , which arrived from St Johns via Prestwick on the second weekend of 2015-IIRC around the 11th.11-5748 was replaced by 11-5738 at some point in September.Bennie wrote:Last Sunday I heard local spotter MT say they'd spent somewhere between 350 and 375 days at Ramstein....Wolbie wrote:Seems like the two longtime resident 19th OG C130J's have both left Ramstein this morning, just heard the first one passing Nieuwegein at 07.30lt.

Longer and longer deployments is probably going to become commomplace as the military seek to save money. At one point 4 months was the norm, but no more.
