Hi

thanks for posting your log. Some quick comments on your log.

163447 SH-241, assuming this was the aircraft on the flightline then its serial was 164009, (163447 from old database?)

164651 CE-10 wrong, this was read off as 165530

164690 CE-12 wrong, read off as 165687

so it is fairly obvious that parts of your log were not read off, but filled in from an out of date database.

thus I am not going to waste my time checking it any further.

learning point - anything you do not read off, put it in brackets !!!

Hi Martin,

Yup, as I coulndn't read of the serials, I've looked them up on the net (scramble/ondutchwings).

Next time I will put the not certainly known serials between brackeds.

Most of the serials were read off with eayball Mk 1 , but some (mostly the F/A-18's like the ones on the left side on the field were looked up afterwards.

I have photos of 2 Blue Angles F/A18s coded 7, one of them was in the hangar so could not read it, the other one on the flight line coded 7 on Saturday was 162885

Thank you for the Blue Angels F-18 Buno. This is a "new" one (F/A-18B).

164776 yes most westen hangar, together with 4 others and a MV-22 167917/ML-12
162488 yes together with 161391/00 and 4x MV-22 ML-02,05,06 and 11
164727/NH-404 was in hangar 2 together with NH-406, VW-03, VW-00, VW-05, WS-402, WS-405, SH-144, SH-154 , SH-154, 164734 (no markings) and another F-18. Ian help ??

Only 1 CH-53 (04) in the Hangar with the 4 MV-22's on Saturday, assume you went Friday?
Must have been moved.

Alas, cant help with others in Hangar 2. We just got a quick walk through by a friendly Marine!
