Pt2.DeHavilland fly inn Woburn Abbey & Eastbourne (Vulcan)
Hello,
Last weekend we left on saturdaymorning for the UK spontaneously. Taking a nice pic of the Vulcan was the goal! On saturday afternoon we arrived a bit late at Eastbourne and missed a few shows. We found the cliff after a 5 minute walk and the view was great! I cannot get the colours right (whats new...) at the moment but I hope it gives a nice impression of the spot.
After this day we drove to the Northwest of london to visit the de Havilland Fly inn. I wil put these pics later.

Part 2. DeHavilland fly in Woburn Abbey and Eastbourne (Vulc
Thanks for the nice comments.
Here is day two of the weekend. The de Havilland Fly in on august 15th @ Woburn Abbey.
The 20 Pounds entry is worth the money for me. About 100 de Havilland aircraft where present (due to the good weather). From 8 oçlock on aircraft kept arriving. Most of these aircraft left Saturday evening to return in the morning (the man in the loudspeaker said). Other participants camped underneath their aircraft. After Sunday arrivals the strip closed for visiting aircraft and a show began. No mass flights but displays of individual and formation aircraft. The posh English level was high but very pleasant.
