Hi a trip to Ramstein to catch the 4 C-27A's (the ones that once should have gone to Afghanistan) also delivered me the following birds
11-5748 C-130J-30 61st AS
11-5752 C-130J-30 61st AS
09-9210 C-17A 62nd AW
07-7186 C-17A 437th AW
87-0031 C-5B 337th AS
90-0300 C-20H 76th AS (doing t/g over and over again)
84-0085 C-21A 76th AS (doing t/g over and over again)
01 C-17A HAW/SAC
Also weer seen, but not read to the heatwaves (the temperature around 14:00 was 38,5 deg C)
1x 62nd AW C-17A
3x 437th AW C-17A
1x 137th AS C-17A
1x KC-135R
And the ones where I went to Ramstein for, the "Afghanistan"/"USA" C-27A's or G222's however you would like to call them.
C-27A 04095
C-27A 84020
C-27A 84025
C-27A 84026
All four can easily be spotted thru the trees. At the water station just outside the south-west side of the Airbase turn right when coming from the McDonalds. After about 500m at your left side all four can be spotted at the end of the taxi track which come from the head off the runway. Three are standing in row and one is in front of a shelter.
Although Ramstein was not really busy and Spang gave me three C-17A's it was not a real bad day, ass I had scored 4 new C-17A's, out of the 154 USAF ones I already had spotted before. If there is anyone who could help me with the gaps, that would be highly appreciated.
best regards,
Maarten
