According to the program on the Bundeswehr website only a Eurofighter display is scheduled:

Does not look like a display to me, more a presentation/speech/workshop.

Don't forget to take a look at the Militärhistorische Sammlung. Outside is the tail of the special paint JBG31 "Pride of Boelcke" Tornado 43+65; inside of the building is the front fuselage of the same bird.

Will there be any flying activity on fridagmorning? I suppose the aircraft for the Tag der Bundeswehr will arrive in the afternoon during the spottersday.....Or is it useless to go to Norvenich that day?

It appears to me that the Tag der Bundeswehr is more like a career day rather than an aviation event. It wouldn't surprise me if the static show is limited to German aircraft only..

Well, again, ALMOST right: according to the invitation for the spottersday, the aircraft on the static will be (no numbers of each given, so a minimum of 1 might be a safe bet): Eurofighter, Tornado IDS, Tornado ECR/Recce, CH-53, Learjet (probably a civil target example from GFD) and 1 foreigner: an AWACS from NATO.

Well today was "spotter nachmittag"...with aircrafts already surrounded with barriers and other stuffs :
static: e-3 , c-160 ,2 pa 200 , une gfd learjet , one eurofighter and one ch-53.May be one or two more ef-2000 elsewhere into boxes techic display.

The field opened at 1400 and they started to tow the first aircraft away from the static at 1445 due to an approaching thunderstorm. When the rains started at 1600 all fighters had been safely hangared.

spottersday for 5 planes in a row and a chopper with nice fences, ribbons and other stuff around them , all te hangers empty and planes moved too other locations so the spotters can't see or photograph them, the 2 eurofighters that where visible, but no chance at all to photograph them. I think the only 2 things different between going to the spottersday and going tomorrow is the traffic jam and being with way to many people around you. This "spottersday" was a joke

And there we go again ... Weather is just bad luck. The initiative is a good one, how small it ( event) might be ... And sure things might have been better. But other fields didn't organise such event as far as I know.
