Nothing definite yet but it is reported that the A-4 Skyhawk or "Ayit", will cease "operational" flying on Friday 15th May. This will be followed on the 29th May by some kind of event at which there may or may not be flying.
Anyone interested in attending either of these should probably contact the IDF Spokesman´s office. Please note that they are likely to be short staffed for the next week or so during the Passover holiday.
Good luck!

According to the current delivery schedule only about half of the 30 M-346's should have arrived at Hatzerim by then...

Re: IAF A-4 "fly-out" 15th May
Until now 10 M-346's have been delivered to Hazerim. Number 11 has undergone a compass swing today but no serial applied yet. If the engine tests are satisfactory this particular aircraft should make it's first flight next week. The 10th M-346 has been delivered in the second half of March and wears serial 117. So in May you may at least find 11 M-346 at Hazerim but likely a few more....

I understand, but how is the Israëli air force gonna deal with its training syllabus if it retires the A-4's when M-346 deliveries have not been completed yet?
