SBS logs suggest the C-40A is calling CNV6610,which something like is what you would expect from a Sigonella TDY airplane to be calling.

Mini-US invasion this Sunny Sunday morning: KC-135R 38018 from the 155th Nebraska ANG (there was an AK Boomer two weeks ago, both were involved in the recent Juniper Cobra exercise) and a very pleasant C-17A 66164 from the 60th at Travis.

As predicted US Sec Def Carter visited Sunday night and was planned in/with E-4B 31677, and a brace of Moose, 77186 & 44131. I say planned as I didn´t actually check them, but you get the picture. On the table was probably, inter alia, discussions on the next F-35A order - see recent Scramble Military news. (For my money the C-17As were probably full of White House embossed M & Ms as a sweetener for Prime Minister Netanyahu´s cabinet). G-V 20375 (c/s Fendy) has been present all week, and a navy C-130 has just performed a round- trip from SIG, CW/165159, sorry, didn´t note the unit.

As reported 09-9205 was through Fairford on Friday AM in the p***ng rain as RCH1815, a special mission callsign heading eastbound.

A most unusual visitor today, C-130 G-275 from some European Air Arm has just touched down!

A bit late but maybe of interest (certainly to me) was that last Friday, 4th Sept, a brace of 1st USASB Avn C UH-60A+s popped in, possibly new to the area, 88-26058 & 26146. Shortly after C-37A (4)1778 arrived.
Yesterday 6th Sept, yet another USAF KC-135R visited after 16.00 local, reported as 59-1464 but serial needs checking.

Visitors in the jetport today (yes, I should have been at Blue Flag but the air force arranged a storm to wash the road 40 away and keep me here ) are C-17A 77189 from the 437AW and Lw Global Jet 14+03 (is that the only one with a map of our area )
Later 37981 Illinois ANG KC-135R also appeared, LLOV Wx div?
