Re: Vice President Biden to Travel to Belgium and Germany
Hi
Thanks for the heads up Banter.
A guess would be that Joe Biden would be visiting BRU during the NATO defence ministers meeting on 4-5 Feb 2015 at Brussels.
That's where he could easily meet with Jens Stoltenberg and other NATO defence ministers.
Due you have any idea on what he will be travelling abroad .. I know POTUS travels the VC-25 , the Secretary of Foreign affairs does so on the VC-32 and the Secretary of Defence usually takes the E-4B, but what about a Vice president of the US ...? Never witnessed a visit of the vice president of the US in Belgium so ... no idea ... also VC-32, or the spare VC-25??

Hi,
Just wanted to make a conformation statement as previously I suggested a date which appeared not to be as correct.
Vice president Joe Biden will visit Brussels on 6TH OF FEBRUARY. Just so you know
The USAF E-4B with US sec. of Defence should be in the afternoon/evening of the 4th (very small chance on the 3t aldready) and most probably leaving the 5th after the meeting (might be late).

This evening SAM158 (C-32A / 99-0004) has landed at Brussels. Probably John Kerry on board.
