From what I've heard they will perform test flights first and the delivery will take place from the 17th of November.

Correct, the first test/acceptance flights are expected next week.
After that a handover will follow.

Ik kom morgen nog in de buurt van Lelystad. Een mooie gelegenheid om de kisten te zien, maar kan iemand mij vertellen of deze twee toestellen op het Aviodrome platform (blijven) staan of elders.
Op het Aviodrome platform zijn de kisten denk ik niet te fotograferen van buiten het terrein (?)

Is the planned departure still the 17th November from Lelystad or has anything changed?

There is one in front of the Catalina hangar and I guess the other one is in the hangar. Serial is still taped as of this morning.
