Looks like a nice Exercusion to me, but Florennes and Helo`s ? anyone experience ?
And more info would be welcome, I`ll try to make a visit

French area reserved for this exercise at below dates / times.

SEP 30 : 0900 – 1300.
OCT 01 : 1230 – 1530.
OCT 02 : 1300 – 1500.

All times UTC, +2 hour for local.
