Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Hi Niels,
Nice pic. Just a suggestion. Maybe you could try another angle of photographing planes, as you almost always seem to picture them - or at least post them - from the side. Using another angle and lowering your shutterspeed could bring some variation.

Keep 'em coming Niels! Even if they turn out to be "rather flat'ish climb-outs"...
November 2024 update at FokkerNews.nl....
Re: (EHEH) Eindhoven 18-09-2014 (MIL)
I don't agree with Mike, your shots are fantastic Niels! Sharp, clear, sun in the back. If that's old school, let it be. Better than all those 'over the top' editing, HDR, backlight. slightly unsharp (because of propblur) and ugly compositions. One can't argue about tastes.

Very nice pictures, we are waiting for the next....
Re: (EHEH) Eindhoven 18-09-2014 (MIL)
Nothing wrong with a good side-on . I prefer a sharp side-on picture of an exotic or otherwise interesting subject any day over an arty farty shot of yet another KLM 737 or KLu F-16. But I guess it's all a matter of taste.
Best regards,
Bas (in China for work and enjoying the pictures of the missed planes at Eindhoven)

no no, that;s not the right angle, send more!
in all honesty I also like animated GIF's, so if you have time for THAT angle,
so, supposing you have got lots op photos, then
make the props go into animated action. love to see that. from you or anyone here.
just keep em coming !
