Thanks,
- With the SKHV display was Spitfire "H-60", which has a G-___ registration but I can't read it in my photo - did anyone ID it?
- In the SKHV hangar, Piper Cub PH-GRZ/R-109 should be PH-GAZ/R-109. There was another Piper Cub fuselage in this hangar - did anyone ID it?
- In the static line, N118M should be SR22 N118MX.
- In the HAS with the UAVs, there was also Y987, a Raven RQ-11B c/n 09987 serialled Y987 (no dash) - is this where Y-150 was? If so, what type is it?
- At 1018L, the following AH-64s were outside and readable from the crowdline: Q-24, Q-16, Q-18 - at least two more were visible in trees but not readable

Re: EHGR 20-06-2014
Fridays checklist mentioned this Spitfire as being a mockup. But it looked pretty real to me, and why would you put a civil reg on a mockup? Can anybody clear this up?

Hi all,Bas_H wrote:(A-260)

(A-260) is presumed from the fact it wears c/n 1260 on the fuselage.
However, I have also seen this reported in logs elsewhere as A-253. Can anyone confirm that it really is A-260 (previously at De Kooy?) and not A-253, which I guess someone has assumed as it's instructional at Gilze according to the database without noticing the c/n on the side?!
Hope that makes sense...
Thanks,
Chris

The "A-453" is reported as being really A-391ChrisGlobe wrote:Hi all,Bas_H wrote:(A-260)

The one marked with c/n 1260 is not the real A-260.
The real A-260 went to Tilburg and was seen there on the same day as the one at Gilze.

Re: EHGR 20-06-2014
Thanks W&R, would that then make the one marked c/n 1260 really A-253? Can anyone provide a positive identification of this aircraft?
Thanks!
Chris (who'd never seen a Dutch Alouette prior to the show!)

Chris,
to confuse things a bit more member "wamovements" has talked to the maintainer who constructed the composite airframe (his remarks are in the log section under airshow news); the maintainer stated that he constructed the helo from the basis of A-260 with a lot of additional material being donated by A-253. My hunch is that it might have been A-260 after all.
In which case the question remains what identity the A3 in Tilburg actually has...

The Alouette III were 100% A-253 with some parts like the side panels of the A-260 (marked 1260).
I've been into the cabin on wednesday and read the radiocallsign A-253, outside on the nose was 1253, and inside the cabin we also found severall plates with 1253. We also asked a maintenance person and he confirmed that the aircraft is A-253.
The A-260 is currently at the Technical School in Tilburg.
