Vick, it is really all here I think: http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=36203 (other forum you posted the same question in). The [youtube] button is available by default when you compose a message, same way as [bold], [quote], [url] et cetera. A mouse-over on that button gives the exact use in the help line below it. See the screen shot.
