This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Exercise Green Shield 2014, Nancy-Ochey
Back from a 3-days trip to Nancy Ochey for Exercise Green Shield 2014. What could i say, top weather conditions, top flying activities, all-in-all 3 well spent days. For now only 3 + 1 (from St. Dizier) as some kind of a teazer; more to follow later on when i'm awake again
1.)
+1°C at around 0740lt
2.)
For me the most impressive Take Off, I've ever seen by an F15 Eagle
3.)
F-15D on final RWY20
4.)
A short afternoon stop at St Dizier resulted in the following..........
Hope you like the first ones.

2) Local Mirage 2000D with LGB
3) 2-ship Landing from the Local Team
4) Support arriving for the Saudi Team

Wow, #2 is absolutely magnificent!! #4 is a true romantic one!

hey,
is it correct that this operation ends on 17/04? Are the saudi's F15 staying until then, or are they leaving before that date? I want to go on wednesday , that's why I'm asking,
grtz

@ Philippe : Wednesday 16th is a VIP day. Therefore, they might fly less, but Saudian high ranked officers are expected...
