Hello,
it looks like there is a small problem regarding the correct type of PC-12 in use by the USAF
Some examples:
04-0688 - Scramble: U-28A / Rzjets: U-28B / Pilatus Blog: U-28A / Joe Baugher site: U-28A
05-0597 - Scramble: U-28A / Rzjets: U-28A / Pilatus Blog: U-28? / Joe Baugher site: U-28?
07-0777 - Scramble: U-28A / Rzjets: U-28B / Pilatus Blog: U-28B / Joe Baugher site: U-28B
07-0779 - Scramble: U-28A / Rzjets: U-28A / Pilatus Blog: U-28B / Joe Baugher site: U-28A
07-0793 - Scramble: U-28A / Rzjets: U-28B / Pilatus Blog: U-28B / Joe Baugher site: U-28?
Anybody with the correct answer and/or an explanation?

This is what the U.S. Air Force says:
http://www.af.mil/AboutUs/FactSheets/Di ... u-28a.aspx
There is no mention of the designation U-28B.
EDIT: changed language to match board language.

Thanks So, no U-28B on the USAF-site.
But, for example 07-0793 is looking much different then 05-0597! They are very different planes

Correct they are simply PC-12

Ok, so the "civil" looking ones are normal PC-12/45 or 47 and the military looking are U-28A. Thanks

Currently 3x P-28s inbound Northwest in to PIK, presumably transiting back to home base. 2x Transmitting as U-28A (07-0691 & 04-0688) and 1x Transmitting as U-28B (07-0711).
I came with nothing and have most of it left
