I found the answer.

The ship is still in Sasebo.

And they are change commander. And maybee severl commanders.

The commander of Amphibious Squadron 11 is reliefed. One other commander is relieved because of bribery?

I hope I mixed the letters, and read the message wrong, but several internet sources tells the same.

Let us hope LHD-6 BH Richard soon are back in business.
The mainstream US news media has carried stories of arrests and ongoing investigations over corruption involving aircraft carrier and other USN ships to Malaysia and Thailand over the last few years.

A Malaysian based company(Glenn Defense Services) has been found to be overcharging the Navy for port visits and services provided during these visits and USN officers(and DoD civilian employees) have (allegedly) received kickbacks and other inducements including free holidays and sexual services in order to facilitate the overcharging of the Navy. The Malaysian company were also allegedly supplied classified details of ship movements.

As a matter of fact, a KL ERF has already visited CBE at least twice over the past weeks, flying on behalf of EY out of AUH.
