In September 2013 I visited my last airshow of this season, like the last years I was at Hradec Králové for the CIAF, the Czech International Air Festival.
Its a smaller show then the others, but you see some rare visitors there. This years highlight was the SU-27 from the Ukraine Air Force, they came with 2 aircrafts and an Antonov for static and supporter. Second Highlight for me was the visit of 2 special marked Alpha Jets from the Portugal Air Force.
This years show was smaller then the last years, but the weather was amazing and me and my wife had a nice time there. You can stay on top of the old shelters so you have some different views, but I saw, that 300 mm is a little less for a lens.
So.. that was the introduction, now lets start with pictures:
One of the Static Highlights was the MiG-29 from the Slovak Air Force, unfortunately this year it wasn't fly.
I am not sure, what is hiding here... maybe another SU-27?
Czech Aero L-39ZA Albatros
An F-18 I saw there too...
MiG 15 from the Czech Air Force
Czech Casa in Static
Before the flying started the Cobra arrived
The Flying display starts... Base Attack with 2 Alcas and 2 Gripen, one of them has Tiger spirit.
One of the smaller Aircrafts: Martin Šonka with his Extra 300SR
The Jordanian Falcons made a display flight too...
But now the big lady came for her amazing display
From the bottom
to the side
it was a great sight...
With flares
and from the top...
Of course there was some more displays... if you like, I post an update tomorrow
Last but not least... Peter Besenyei
Kind regards
Lutz
