What has happened to the RNAF F-16BM?
The whole area around the gun has been smushed in some way?
Any idea?

You weren't. Did you also notice that the regular announcer several times said "Patrouille Fra...Swiss" and once just said "Patrouille France" without bothering to correct himself.
