Is the red line only forbidden/off-limits for cars, motorbikes, horse-riders and other "bestuurders"/"geleiders" :?:

Or is it forbidden/off limits for people on foot/by bicycle as well?

Please note that the N264 is the one of the main emergency routes and will be offlimits to parking (probably closed as well on the 14th and 15th). Parking and stopping will not be allowed and those rules will most certainly be enforced. The parkingspaces on the N264 near the Volkel side approach are closed as well.
The N277 has secondary roads on both sides and in the past it was possible to park on those small roads as long as the main road remain unblocks. However, these roads are in use by the local farmers so keep in mind that big, heavy machinery must be able to pass. The road leading to the spotterplace will certainly be closed of for car traffic. The spottersplace and road are within limits of the flight display and considered a danger zone by the airshow management. In the past you could still walk and cycle to the spottersplace.
The sand road leading from the N264 to the secondary runway is often open for parking but has only limited space.

Only a couple of options remain to park your car in the vicinity of where you need to be. These option will probably fill up pretty fast. Bring your walking shoes and/or a bike.

I have read somewhere that Volkel is open for departing planes next Sunday, is that correct?

Thanks in advance, Arjan
