Hi awacy003,

Is there a possibility to photograph the arival on Saturday morning from the festival site of the airport??
Or have we stay outside of the airport to make this pictures?
This because the program begins Saturday at 13:00.
I hope that we can make pictures of the arivals.

...if weather is VMC, the Catalina, Ov-10, 2 Stearman, Extra300, Yak3U on Friday until 1800 lcl.
The rest will come Saturday fm 0800 until 1200 lcl, if weather is VMC.

What are the limits for VMC?
Looking at the weather forecasts, it doesn't look promising with respect to visibility range...
Worst case it could mean that these aircraft will be canceled too, depending on the limits for visual...let's hope for the best!

Hey gortje,

I wrote the same question to the press staff of the Weeze Airport. According to their Information there is no Spotterday or early Access planed, the only choice you have is to check out the spotting positions around the Airport (I think they are also on the scramble.nl page) and place yourself there. I know from a Hill that is next to the fence to the left of the main control tower, from this position you will have a good view on aircraft taxing to the parking position.

I think that position ist still there I have been at Weeze a few months ago (its just a blink away from where I live) and Ive seen someone on a shelter there. I think you should give it a try.
