What is a good and easy photoshopprogram and ok i'm dutch....and cheap!!

Try GIMP. Designed for Linux, it seems to work under Windows. Never used it myself apart from with a Linux demo. I was impressed then with its possibilities.

As it is Linux, its for free.

I am a dedicated Photoshop fan, but was evenly impressed by GIMP several times.
I do recommend it.

Please note that an old Photoshop CS2 will only be able to accept older versions of Camera Raw as well. This will limit you to equally old camera models should you choose to shoot in RAW.
There will be no such issues when shooting in JPEG.

If you like it you can buy it after trying 30 days for free, but it's not cheap , but it's the best program there is.
