Are you sure on 84095? Flugzeugforum quotes this one as 04095.
According to the US Department of Defence, the official owner of the C-27s, sixteen out of twenty aircraft were delivered to Afghanistan.
So far, I have only fourteen serial confirmations of those delivered to Kabul.

If c/n 4023 and c/n 4032 turn up in the next couple of days on a flight direct from Italy, we know that fourteen aircraft were delivered to Kabul.
