I thought 18 went out (see below) and with CUBE21 x5 CUBE31 x5 and CUBE41 x4 returning on 6 Feb this would make 19 - so is one back from rework or new, or did another sneak across?

91-0343 is the 19th F-16CM that returned. Went to the US/Ogden on 12 March 2012 and has now returned. I've corrected my earlier post detailing which aircraft were in which flight when they went to Red Flag as I thought 91-0343 was part of the first flight based on information received detailing those at Red Flag (18 airframes) and correlating against those known to have been in the 2nd and 3rd flights.
these were the ones reported at Red Flag

I think you may be missing the most important one from Spangdahlem, the Boss bird.
I logged the 91-0352 on the 31st and Feb. 1st at Nellis.

Yes I have a couple of shots of it, coming in on 21L.
It doesn't have that glossy scheme as other SP F-16's have, but it doesn't have the "new" scheme either.
In other words, it's the same as all the others. At least that's the way I look at it.
