I've already posted some of these incredible Decimomannu stopover shots on my blog, and I'm now in personal contact with both photographers, who like to share their A-10C photo stuff on Warthog News.
Please note:
The correct link to the first source mentioned by you is:

The original source of your second link is:

Enjoy!
Question: Is there already a Decimomannu Air Base 2012 topic on Scramble?

Anybody who caught the 18 homebound ANG "Rainbow Team" A-10Cs at Lajes? At least some of them left Decimomannu Air Base, Sardinia, Italy, after stopover on October 14.

Are you sure about that? According to this site (http://www.helis.com/database/model/324/) the serials are correct.wamovements wrote:Your CV-22Bs are 07-0033 and 08-0035Shark_tt wrote:Today was another very nice day at Lajes! Here is what we had:

Re: Lajes (Azores) (LPLA/TER) - 2012 MIL
For sure they have an error in their list. FY06 saw only two CV-22Bs, both have been confirmed by the Air Force as crashed and being 06-0031 and 06-0032. This makes at least 0033 an FY07 model.Shark_tt wrote:Are you sure about that?
