Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Brussels 18/7/12 - CIV

Post by Indiaecho »

Hi,

A few from Brussels, where I ended my 'European Tour' back in July.

Alitalia's retro Airbus EI-IXI was the highlight for most of the spotters watching the arrivals:-

The based Belgian airlines were of greater interest to me though, including Thomas Cook A320 OO-TCI:-

An unexpected visitor was Neos 767 I-NDOF:-

Flybe Dash Eight G-ECOH trying to pass itself off as one of the locals:-

Plenty of Brussels Airlines Avros still flying about, including OO-DJJ which has never gone to Korongo:-

Several interesting Turkish charter carriers visted as well, including Tailwind's TC-TLE:-

'Firefly' must be one of the most photographed aircraft of the summer:-

With the Olympics now being a distant memory and the summer fast fading, maybe Austrian Arrows Fokker 100 OE-LVM is more appropriate as we head towards winter:-

Alitalia Express Embraer 190 EI-RNC bought my day and trip to a sucessful end:-

I hope the photos are of interest - many more from Brussels can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/indiaecho/
