Could be that the brakes were becoming at bit too hot because of taxiing (you see that quite often with the Delta A330's) , or they forget to retract the gear for the moment.N700CK climbing out with gear fully extended?

I knew they did but I never saw that it was retracted that late. They already flew near the coast with gear still extended.
