These allocations suggest serials 8304,8313,8314,8324 and one between 8302 and 8306(other than 8304) have not been used.
Use of serials ending in 4 is seen as bad luck in some Chinese-oriented societies.Avoidance of 8313 speaks for itself.
The Republic of Singapore Air force avoided the use of serials ending in 4 in their Chinook allocations.

No disagreeing if the RSAF is that superstitious; but there is 613 (F-16C), 713 (Fokker 50), 813 (F-5S) and 913 (TA-4SU) in the RSAF inventory. There was also a Hunter serialed 513.
They did skip 013 in the E-2Cs though, and 884 in the first batch of F-16A/Bs.
