Hi guys,
I just came back from a semi-city trip to London. My friend and I were planning to spot untill we would drop to death, though unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating. Saturday was grey at all times and rainy at some points so instead we enjoyed ourselves in the city centre. However, today started off great with a lot of sun and almost no clouds at all, which brought our butts immediately to the airport. Gradually clouds came in untill it eventually came to a state of where sun became more rare. In the relatively few hours of spotting we did anyway, we we are able to spot a good variety of airlines, aircraft and liveries of which many were new to us. The flights were also very pleasant. A succesful trip is all I can say and I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! By the way, sorry for the inconsequent sizes.

Some very nice shots.
Love the Emirates A380. Was this taken at Myrtle Avenue?
And where did you take shots 3,4,5,6 and 7?

I always say a boy can learn more at an airport than at any school.

A rather "photo-heavy" thread, but indeed the pictures speak for themselves...

Thanks guys!
@ Jeffrey : That's correct!
Concerning the spot for the first few shots: It's not allowed to go and stand there. We didn't know that and got eventually sent away by airport authority. For the guys who want to know it anyway, it's the head of runway 27L and the spot is accessible by the Southern perimeter Road. Though, emphasizing again, not allowed to go and stand there.
