i worked a little bit with the color balance to see what it would look like so this is my final image tried to get some more detail out of the picture instead of a pretty dull image it was.

I removed the bird and the strange circle at the winglet.
Change the white-balance
More black
Sharpening and noice-reduction.
I choose this crop, to avoid problems with sharpness and noice. And give the plane space downwards.

I like Lexie's version a lot. Have been unable to reproduce it at this time, so I won't bother.
Next week, do you happen to have a night shot? I'm interested in what people here do with white balance

My try:



Put blacks at 100, and with the curve I did the shadows -100, the midtones -85 and +30 and the highlights +100. Then I removed the bird cause it was a distration

Nice topic BTW, I only got into RAW recently, shooting in RAW only for a week now! This really helps to learn more about what you can do with a RAW file !
