Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Nice shots guys....some nice catches, for example the green bird..guess even "stevie wonder" could see that one :lol:

Some of mine shots today; I was not so lucky with the (sun)light....seems like somebody was switching the light "on and off" all the time :evil:

Found one more cross wind landing...amazingly this one really put the bird down cross wind with a lot of smoke :shock:
unfortunately at that moment the sun was hiding (again)....

No need to have sun for this pic mattie, the picture speaks for its self! you´re getting better and better my friend. You really put some effort to find a good spot for this crosswind shots, and it paid off! very nice angle, heading towards the buidlings in Hoofddorp, while the rwy is heading far to the left.....
