It has been in and out of Hangar 73 for the last month, with and without engines.

Indeed, I noticed it over there on the 24th of November, with engines.

Thanks to both of you, I didn't know it was a "local" now. I did check the hangars topic but no mention of this one. Today it seemed complete at least.
