Looks like a WDL Aviation Cargo F-27.
it's a total guess but just looking at the weared panel just above the three blue stripes and just left from the big piece of canvas (and the most left red tensionc)able, it could be the D-AELG:

Check the moss and the rust, compared to both pics #2. Same aircraft

The problem is that D-AELG is pictured complete on the same date ad the nose section

saw it yesterday at Cologne Bonn, so it's the an old nose section of an ex. Cologne stored WDL Fokker..............

Dat is inderdaad de D-BAKC, tenminste wat er nog van over is
