Oscar the OC-135B came from the east and depart on 16.11. 11 to the WEST! She depart yesterday morning to Andrews AFB. She depart NOT to Russia!
Confusing about your flightplan. Filed to Russia and then a few days later she depart to the other side of the World! Funny!!!
