What should the callsign be, SBS shows ASY601 but normal an Australian called a Aussie.

I heard it spell on 140.900 ASY 601. But they called the C-17A Aussie. In the Flightplan is ASY!

Not sure if i understand your question correct, but ASY /Aussie is both correct, R/T is Aussie, and IATA code is ASY.
It's the same as RCH in a flightplan, and Reach on the radio, or CNV as Convoy.
