Hello,
In Belgium all bases are closed from 28 October till 3 november because 1 and 2 november are bankholidays in Belgium. Also the bases will be closed from 11 november till 16 november because 11 and 15 november are also bank holidays.
What is the situation on Dutch bases/Gilze Rijen?

These are no holidays in NL, so if these dates you mention are weekdays the airbases in NL should be open and active. Provided that no NOTAM's state otherwise ofcourse.
