Nice pictures. These are the first pictures I have seen here where the aircraft are carrying live bombs. Must be s special feeling to witness that.

Looks like cluster bombs under number 3. I hope I'm wrong.

Nothing wrong with the pics. That Prowler is gorgeous!

Well, the USA didn't sign the treaty againts cluster bombs (along with others), so I may well be possible.

On-topic: great pics, nice variety and a holiday well spent :)

Really good, interesting shots Cris :-)

The white bombs do look like clusterbombs but they could also be used for dropping leaflets.
In OIF they used old Mk129 clusterbombs for that task.
This looks looks like a CBU-97 or LBU-97, cluster or leaflet bomb unit.

departures and landing to the east, see the scramble airfield guide.
MMs would be around 300 for landing, 400 for take-off, I think.

Great to see SW Vipers up close and personal: the times I've seen them they were using the far runway at Nellis or were 'out of bounds' at Eielson... Glad you got them!

Very nice shots!
On the first pic, the Viper carries bombs AND one AGM-88 HARM!
Qualified to perform simultaneously SEAD and DEAD ?!?!
