Re: Orders thread 2011
Is this another order for 8? Because they already ordered 8 B777-300ERs earlier this year.nuckleuz wrote:Aeroflot signed a deal with Boeing for 8 B777-300ERs.

Re: Orders thread 2011
Must be a new order, since the Boeing order spreadsheet shows that order as being booked in February. This extra 8 makes sense, because the very first MOU (last year) was for 16 aircraft.

Re: Orders thread 2011
Aeroflot is indeed a new order, although it was most likely booked earlier this year as being for an Unidentified Customer.

PARIS: Bombardier has announced that Korean Air (KE/KAL), has signed a LoI for 30 CS300s.
This is a big order for Bombardier, as it marks their breakthrough with the C-Series in Asia!!
Edit: Typo

Actually the LoI is for the CS300. It is for 10 CS300 plus another 10 options and 10 purchase rights.flying_kiwi wrote:PARIS: Bombardier has announced that Korean Air (KE/KAL), has signed a LoI for 30 CS100s.

Re: Orders thread 2011
Interesting "side" announcement in the JetBlue conference: the sharklets available for the NEO will also be available for retrofit!
