For the OUP callsigns.
Noticed that the last two digits are part of there original callsign. And i think they change callsign sometimes once they RTb,
For instance:
OUP273 became Mario73 (C-130J)
OUP654 was also Kestrel54 (Tornado RAF)
OUP414 was Zeus14 (E3 USAF)
OUP1273 was Shell 73
So in many cases they just change part of the callsign but the last two remain the same.

Pieter, think you're right: heard Mobil11 checking in with Malta on May 9th, quickly changing c/s into OUP011.

Rama21 of course could be B-1's? Just separated from their tanker, Fueler10, this went direct PLH, switching Athens 124.625 at 10.24 CET
