Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Learn FIRST and put them on the net.
Now it is bad quality.

Re: EHAM 02-06-2011
Easy guys. I agree on the quality, but posting 6 pics and asking our opinion isn't a crime. Also, posting regulars is fine by me. Not everyone is at the airport on a daily basis and everyone has the right to make his/her own selection.
About the pictures: they seem to be made with a pocket cam, am I right. That would explain the quality a bit...

Try to size the pictures down a little bit (improves visual pleasure for others) and have a play with the colours/balance/saturation and possition of the sun vs your airplaneAndreotti wrote: we've got those discussions a lot more in this forum so i won't say anything on your comment about putting it on the net. this was the first time i shot some pictures. everyone has to learn things

Re: EHAM 02-06-2011
Please, not another discussion about whether it is a regular or not..Marco wrote:@Andreotti
if they are regulars, why do you put them on the net? They are blurrish and overexposed. I would only put them here if they are next to perfect.
Furthermore, I get rid of guys like Marco and Mats and (many others) who can do nothing else than complain about others behavior or whatsoever.
Please either give constructive feedback or just don't reply to Andreotti's post.
Last but certaintly not least, you could consider to unsubscribe from the board - I am sure this community will be much nicer without all those who complain regularly!

@phkza you are right about the cam.
people who are complaining about ''regulars'' or wheter to post it or not i don't even respond to because it's a waste of time. people who give SERIOUS comments, which can help others making better pics, those are the real guys who love their hobby!
thnx for the few tips i already had!!!!

Amen ....................Praise the Lord
Indeed some of the mentioned pics of Andreotti are a little bit over exposured. Due to the cam he uses and due to the fact the sun had to much inpact on his position where he took the photos from. But by looking at the pics showed here and asking questions about the use and trics of his cam he can learn a lot from "the profs";-)
And for now: welcome to the forum.

Hey Marco & Mats...Marco wrote:if they are regulars, why do you put them on the net? They are blurrish and overexposed. I would only put them here if they are next to perfect.
I think there is a better way to expose some critisism towards someone's photo's. your way is not the way to do it!
You are right, there is no sharpness in the photo's but that's no reason to burn someone to the ground...
Better show us your "next to perfect pictures" and tell Andreotti how to make pictures like that too...
Grtz.
