NATO Tiger Meet 2011 Cambrai
Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2011 Cambrai
Very great show, everybody!
Thanks for sharing.
Now, I have a kind of stupid question : can anybody confirm the type of jammer
under the right wing of Learjet D-CGFE. It seems to be an ALQ-184, but I am no sure indeed...

Perhaps not the right place to post it...
But i must say, despite all great shots that appear here. I'm a bit disappointed in a lot of spotters for not following a simple rule...
Regarding stepladders... I found people with the biggest ladders, standing in the frontline.
There didn't seem to be any control from base personal, but that shouldn't be necessary to my honest opinion.
I have had some negative experience with the above ...
For the rest, keep up the good work !

Agree with you K-9... Any has not respected the white line
That's why I go outside the Air Force base after mid-ten and going to the take off point then approach point

This is the right place to post. Old problem, same kind of people. Thinking they're important and have more rights. This hobby should be self- regulating, but it never has been. Always going for 'result' , not realizing that 99.98% of the world population thinks we / they are nuts and we / they need a girlfriend.K-9 wrote:Perhaps not the right place to post it...

And in 15 years, we / they can all show the same perfectly photoshopped pictures to eachother. Wowaweewah!

Re: NATO Tiger Meet 2011 Cambrai
Hi,
Some support a/c from yesterday, unfortunately it was cloudy... Starting with Alpha Jet E103/118-UA from ECE5/330 who paid a very short visit to it's Tigermeet collegues.
The Polish 14.eltr C-130E 1502 brought a new engine for their F-16D-52+ Viper 4082, here it is backtracking.
Spanish C295M T.21-01/35-39 from 353Esc brought in also some stuff for the Hornets.
Swiss Beech 1900 T-729 paid a very short stop from 1.5hrs.
Regards,
Maurits
