Ottawa Gatineau Executive Airport

This small single runway airfield is home to the Vintage Wings of Canada. They have a spectacular hangar with impressive fly worthy aircraft.
The Jetstream is flying in the late afternoon to Quebec and back.

Getting on the ramp is easy...Just ask!
As luck struck me, a Herc and a Griffin were here for lunch during a SAR exercise.
After permission from the Griffin flight crew I took position close during their take off.
