Cheers,
Mine says "spotter's programme". So I guess both days?

Got the same confirmation as you did Hans, 27th of April at 16.53hrs. The text quoted:"Your application fort he spotters' programme is approved. Looking forvard to seeing you in Air Show Türkiye". Yes, the text has some spellingflaws  Anyway, I assume it's for all spottingrelated activities, Friday and Monday, as that's what we've applied for.

Same situation for me! Anyway I am positive...I sent my application when there were only 200 clicks on the spotter page

I hope they didn't start from the top of their mail box...

Cheers

Lets face it, if there is one guy having to go through all the applications by hand and sending emails back to each (even if it is a standard mail), that will take some time. You don't do 1000 of those mails in a day.
And indeed, I don't have a reply yet either.

Hi all,

There are five in our party and we all applied within 20 minutes of each other - I applied first but do not have mine whereas two others do.

What is clear is that the timing of the application is not relevant as they do not have 1000 requests anyway. Equally it is not being done alphabetically nor by country of origin.

As long as it comes within the next two weeks, no concern as it is a lot of work for one guy. Just adds to the excitement!

I subscribed for all four of our team members, all together in one email.

One of our team members got an email yesterday. But the others and me didn't receive anything until now.
Looks like emails are send in random order.

Best regards Rob.

There is really no logical order in the email send.

To me it looks like they put all the names in one giant box and they are picking out in random order. So it really looks like the order of subscribtion doesn't mean anything. Just lets hope wel all receive an email before they reach the limit.

Best regards and good luck to all

Rob.

i think there will be no problems when you are not listed, i don't expect more than 1000 a 1500 west european spotters.......

we will see, maybe they have internet problems??

Perhaps the organisation sent out a bulk mail to all, or a large amount, of the registered spotters, and has therefore appeared on a blacklist for sending out "spam" like email. And when the following confirmation mails was send out, it was blocked by the provider because of a blacklisting?
This is just a wild guess, or an assumption, can't really say that this is the case for sure. But I haven't recevied any confirmation yet myself.

I didn't get mine (yet?). Regarding the remark of Wijgert: the guys who did get a confitmation mail can answer that: was it addressed to one person or more?
