Re: ETAR 25-04-2011
What a nice day yesterday, literally sun and fun!
A quick note on the Thai C-130 though: strictly speaking "60108" is the aircraft's code (8th aircraft of 601 squadron), not its serial. The Thai serial system is rather complex and is even more complicated by the fact that it is written in Thai characters. However, but I'm not an expert here, it seems that the C-130's don't even carry their true serials visible. Anyway, this particular machine is B.L.8-8/33, and because there is no swapping of codes for this particular type and squadron that number is a sure bet!
Cheers,
Marco
