Cold War memories alive...
From NOS Teletekst:
Two Dutch F-16s intercepted two Tu-95MS over the North Sea this afternoon (19oct).
During the night of 16 September, British Danish and German aircraft intercepted two Russian planes as well.
The flight of the Russian aircraft was not illegal, but no contact could be made. Hence the scramble to intercept.

Key, yr nu link is from January.
http://www.defensie.nl/actueel/nieuws/2 ... menwerpers
Dutch language link from today's activities. I was warned between North Norway and Svalbard by ATC to keep a sharp look out for "unknown Russian activity" this morning. To bad, no visual!
