Hmm interesting , he was heard talking to Langen asking for decent into Ramstein , Left FL300 for FL220 at 0902L !

I think we have to be careful to use scanner reports or Mode S reports for movements. Luckily I was at Ramstein, 2 WI ANG KC 135's were expected and 2 WI ANG KC135's arrived already at March 2 and were expected for take-off.
We got a phonecall that the 00348 was heading towards Ramstein but for unknown reasons it continues its flight to the UK.
Instead a Mildenhall KC came in. And later a Mc Connel.
Nevertheless it was a perfect day with nice sun conditions. Later a photoreport.

BTW Both runways are operational nowadays, on March 1 with steady northeastern wind first runway 27 in use, afterwards runway 09 and before takeoff of Polish AF Herc runway 08
