This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

It was a madhouse at the slopes today. 8 movements on one day. The pilots were in a good mood too, with movements towards us. Here's a selection of my photographs.
1. The Q-25 approaching.
2. A nice turn above the hill.
3. It was a queue because the Q-25 just left as the Chinook arrived.
4. The D-667 was still in sight and the Alouette was there!
5. For the public, over the public!
6. By request: A grey Cougar, because I don't have it yet. He came!
7. Golden hour!
8. He turned behind the hill where we could not see him.
9. Attack!

Thanks guys. I'm pretty fast with it. There will be more from others, I can guarantee that!
If it's the best day ever at the slopes? Well, for me it is! But the others were enthusiastic too, so it can be.

Nice catches Maarten. Your last Apache is even more intimidating then mine!
Were you the one with the 300mm?

Al little update, just because it's was such a great day.
1. He's a bit shy, Reminds me of a puppy in the grass.
2. Marvelous sunshine.
3. While another file, it's a variant of my last Apache in the first post. I think this one is more aggressive.
