Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

@Ton: Yes, later two police cars turned up, two men stept out of the car. One lined up all the cars in a straight row and the other one wrote the fines, the their boss was pretty pleased.
And guys maybe it's better to keep the topic seperated from personal talk, because it starting to look like a chat program...

Re: Eham 10-10-2010
Kudos to the police. Might be off-topic, but I kind of annoys me when people keep parking their cars where it isn't allowed, which in turn causes governments to close roads and nice spotting places.

Hi Andras...
As promised, i hereby repost the mentioned pictures again. I used less sharpening this time, (only in the raw converter) and the tail of the transavia is quiet acceptable now. the Olympic is better, but i still think it can be squeezed back a little bit. anyhow, let me know what you think of them....

@ Andras...
After i reposted them again, i checked them to see the difference between these two and the two "jagged" photo's. to be honest, i don't see any difference, what so ever. might be possible i have done something wrong. Anyhow, you made a good point, cause it was annoying me too, so next time i sure will be more carefull with the sharpening slide
Multi gracie

Following my contribution to the 10th of October, had to split this because of that strange error message about the posting.php:
LN-RMM, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)
PH-KZU, KLM Cityhopper
G-JECZ, fly.BE

Re: Eham 10-10-2010
Might be your re-size size.. it lools like 1024 x (should be 653) to me so check that, if it's another reso, it could be producing the jaggies.. Doesn't look as a compression fault to me... And maybe it's not a sharpening issue as well.. Could be just he reso..wild weasel wrote:@ Andras...
