Re: EHVK 06-10-2010
Same question as for yesterday.
which aircraft did use the parallel runway, for landing as well as take off?
I hope to get some insight in the operations on the parallel runway as this is the closest runway during the spottersday.
Thanks in advance!

Re: EHVK 06-10-2010
@Thijs: AFAIK, Spotting Group Volkel is currently trying to work out final details with the RNLAF for operations on the spotters days that may well differ from operations on "normal" days and would enhance possibilities for us; all depends on co-operation of ATC and finding procedures that are both safe and simple; the obvious answer: let's keep our fingers crossed... less than 24 hours to go!

@thijs.
Grtz,
Edward.
Maybe already known but yesterday, tuesday 5th october, no use of parallel runway. Maybe for the spottersdays the "tigers" will use the parallel runway as taxitrack. We just can hope and keep our fingers crossed. Tomorrow we will have all the answers.Same question as for yesterday.

Re: EHVK 06-10-2010
That is incorrect for about the landing, they actually did use the parallel runway yesterday (some F-16's used it during the return of the afternoon wave). However, they only used it for landing, and not to taxi I believe (only the Learjet used it for taxiing).Hornet69 wrote:@thijs.
