Whats a Hawg? i know hawk (a bird like fighter) and hog (a pig like animal).
A hawg maybe a pigbird????
True sometimes it's hard to hear what the flyboys are saying, so maybe hawg /hog /hawk sounds the same.......

Piet, keep looking to the west!

A NH-90 just passed Scheveningen along the coast to the north...low and slow!

This morning a Dutch Lynx came overhead Veenendaal and a few minutes ago a very nice close formation of 3 Apache's were seen heading south.
