Yes, Gilze-Rijen will open its doors on Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th of June 2010, with the event at Nordholz the following Sunday.

If you are signed up for the spotters day, you should have received an e-mail, with all the info you are asking about.

Thanks for the reply jaah but I was asking for the info so that I could decide if it was worth the long drive to Nordholz or not, I'm doing a lot of driving that week by myself and I was trying to finalise my plans.

I decided last night that I'll probably be able to go so I sent my money today, is there any chance you could give me a hint at what the plan is for the spotters day as I probably won't get my confirmation email until next week.

Of course I can. Below is a copy of the Spotters Day timetable from the confirmation e-mail:

· The event starts at 10.00 o'clock at the area of the "Sea-Airport Cuxhaven / Nordholz"
(civil part); parking lots are available. On this day will be no other way to get access to
Naval Air Wing 3 "Graf Zeppelin".
· After your reception and check-in (ID-card required), you will receive the entrance ticket
and a "welcome package".
· Afterwards shuttle busses will take you to the exhibition area and aircraft.
· Lunch is provided between 11.00 - 12.00 in building 95.
· The exercise for the flying display will take place from 14.00 - 16.00.
· The spottersday ends at 16.00 o'clock.
· During the day busses will shuttle regulary between the exhibition area and parking lots.
